The Funtastic Casino is a Professional Fun Casino supplier to corporate and individual Clients and is subject to the Terms & Conditions listed below.

We normally accept bookings up to 9 months prior to the planned event.
We will always try to accommodate last minute bookings in the event of a supplier failing to show subject to availability.Deposits:
A modest non refundable deposit (to be agreed) may be required for bookings.
We do however reserve the right to waive a deposit or request full payment to secure a booking if we deem it fair and reasonable
We will require full event details including venue address and contact numbers.Notifications:
Notification to vary or reduce booked casino hire equipment must be made in writing 14 days prior to the agreed event. Notice by either party to vary or reduce the level of equipment to be hired prior to 14 days or earlier before the agreed date will void the original agreement. Any requests, either in writing or orally expressed, to vary or reduce the level of casino equipment hire within 14 days of the agreed event will result in the original agreed price being sought. The management however reserve the right to waive full payment subject to their discretion.Cancellations:
Once a booking form has been submitted to us this forms the basis of a contract under English law. In the event that a booking has been accepted without deposit any cancellation by the client is subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the original hire agreement. Cancellations within 14 days of the hire date will be charged at the original hire agreement rate subject to the discretion of the management. Such cancellations need to be communicated to us as soon as possible preferably in writing. Each cancellation will be considered on its merits with the management reserving the right to waive the cancellation fee if the cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances or if the management deem it reasonable to waive the fee for any other reason. The cancellation fee becomes payable immediatley following cancellation.Settlement:
Full payment must be made prior to the event or on the day before the casino opens. Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer, cheque or alternatively, cash on the day.Delivery:
Your Fun casino hire will be delivered and assembled prior to the planned event by us. We will endeavour to assemble the fun casino prior to the arrival of your guests but this is subject to direction and discretion of the venue provider. We reserve the right to delivery the casino equipment at a time that fits in with our business needs. This means that we will in advance try and meet the needs of the customer but on days where we have multiple bookings, delivery will be determined by us. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us in advance of any parking issues or difficulties with regard to accessing the proposed venue. Failure to do so may result in our inability to supply our fun casino which may incur additional charges to the Client's account.Casino Hire:
The gaming period does not include set up and breakdown of the casino. The hire cost of the casino will include the agreed time as so instructed on the booking form, or in certain circumstances, in agreement with the casino organiser. We can not take responsibilty for events that begin after the agreed time of the hire in any circumstances except, where it can be shown, that through our actions we have been the cause of the delay. For instance, failure by guests to arrive delaying the start of the casino hire or delays caused by activities running over into the time alloted for the casino, preventing the casino hire from beginning, is the sole responsibilty of the Client and will be included in the hire period. At the discretion of the casino organiser, we may add or adjust the casino hire period to offset anytime lost due to late starts. The decision to extend the hire by a reasonable period in the event of late starts is the sole responsibility of the casino organiser whose decision is final. No refunds will be made if the casino hire is delayed due to circumstances outside the direct control of the Funtastic Casino.Client Liability:
The Client will be liable for any damage or loss suffered to The Funtastic Casino during the 'Hire Period' of our casino equipment. The 'Hired Period' is defined as running from the time the casino equipment is assembled to the time the casino equipment is disassembled by us. Any loss or damage to the casino equipment will be the sole liability of the Client, not the venue provider.Ocassionally guests can become difficult or unruly whilst playing the casino tables, particularly when alcohol has been consumed. In such instances, the Client will be responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests without exception. In certain circumstances, guests may be refused access to the casino tables where it is considered their participation will have a detrimental effect on the game in progress or other guest's enjoyment of the casino games. We further reserve the right to terminate the casino hire, with immediate effect, if our staff are subjected to unacceptable behaviour, verbal or physical abuse by the client or by any other person attending the casino games. In such circumstances, no refunds will be due to the Client.
Our Liability:
Our liability to the client is up to the cost of the value of the booking agreed on the booking form. In circumstances where, for any reason, the the casino hire does not take place due to a failure to show by us or for some other unforeseeable event the total amount claimable from us is the total price of the casino hire as agreed on the booking form. No other damages or loss will be accepted by us to the client or any third party.Conduct:
Our staff will conduct themselves politely and professionally when dealing with the Client and his/her guests prior to, during and after the planned event.Age restrictions:
For legal and insurance purposes, minors under the age of 16 years old are not permitted to play the casino tables. At events where children under the age of 16 are necessarily present such as Weddings and Private Parties they must, at all times, be supervised by either their parents or recognised guardians if they are in the presence of the casino tables. In the event of a child under the age of 16 tampering or damaging the casino equipment the cost of repair or replacement of the casino equipment will fall solely on the Client. Likewise, in the event of a child under the age of 16 suffering injury as a consequence of contact with any casino equipment no liability or responsibility for any injury will be accepted by us.Collection:
Whenever possible we will dissemble and remove the fun casino at the end of the mutually agreed time period. If disassembly of the fun casino is not possible at the end of the mutually agreed time period we will secure the fun casino equipment and return at a later time. This is however subject to the direction and discretion of the venue provider.Disclaimers:
We will at all times endeavour to live up to the very high standards we set ourselves to ensure all clients receive the very best in service from The Funtastic Casino. If problems do occur (and they may do now and again) we will do all in our power to rectify and resolve problems to the Clients satisfaction. Late setups due to traffic delays that may occur from time to time will not in themselves be grounds for complaints or refunds. However, at the discretion of the management, we will strive to settle any and all complaints fairly and equitably although we can not accept liability for the chaos of the UK road system.Reservations:
We reserve the right to end our service, at the discretion of the management, at any time during the casino hire, if it is believed that the customer, or any of their guests are acting with disruptive, dangerous or reckless conduct towards our staff or equipment during the time set aside for the Fun casino entertainment. In such an eventuality, the management reserves the right to withhold payment, either full or part for any time outstanding or not completed. Further, we reserve the right to surcharge the customer for any loss or damage to our equipment occuring during the hire of any of our equipment by the customer or his/her guest's misconduct or negligence. We will however strive to resolve any and all disputes reasonably and equitably.
